1. Scarecrow Contest:
Bellaire businesses and organizations show off their creativity with a whimsical and competitive scarecrow decorating contest. Wander through town and vote for your favorite spooky (or silly) straw-stuffed creations. Click here if you want to participate in the contest.
2. Craft & Farm Market:
