MORE POLAR PLUNGE TIPS:
Avoid alcohol
Wear clothing that is loose-fitting, and quick removing.
No padded costumes that will weigh you down in the water
Shoes are required. Bring pair of dry shoes for after plunge
Bring a plastic bag for wet clothes
Bring new set of warm clothes for after the event
Bring two towels
