Who Can Participate: The contest is open to businesses, organizations, and churches throughout the greater Bellaire area. Residential entries must be located within the 49615 ZIP code.
Decorations: This contest is for exterior decorations only, including window displays visible from outside. All decorations must be visible from a public street or accessible viewing area.
Photo Permission: By registering, participants give permission for photos of their decorated property to be featured on the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce website, social media, local media, and other promotional materials.
Voting Criteria: Community members are encouraged to consider creativity, originality, use of lights and decorations, holiday spirit, and overall presentation when casting their votes.
Community Voting: Winners will be determined entirely by online community voting. There will be no official judges. Everyone is welcome to vote once per day, per category, throughout the designated voting period using the online voting form on this page.
Display Dates: All decorations should be completed, illuminated, and ready for viewing throughout the designated voting period so community members can enjoy them before casting their votes.
Voting Period: December 1 -15th, 2026 at 10am
Decorating Assistance: Businesses may invite school groups, organizations, or volunteers to help decorate. Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to decorate property they do not own. The Bellaire Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for coordinating these arrangements.
Fair Voting: Participants are encouraged to invite friends, family, customers, and community members to vote daily. All votes must be submitted through the official online voting form.

Entry deadline: No later than Monday, November 30th, 2026
Community Judging Period: December 1-15th, 2026 at 10am
Winners Announced: Dec 15th. Winners will be notified via Telephone or in person and announced on the Destination Bellaire Facebook Page.
Prizes: An award plaque will be awarded to the Best Business & bragging rights to Residential winners.
