Set-Up Time: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Important: Please do not arrive before 8:00 AM. Early set-up will not be permitted.
Booths must be ready by 9:45 AM. The show opens promptly at 10:00 AM.
When you arrive:

Check in to receive your booth assignment
Please unload at the designated entrance tbd
After unloading, move your vehicle to tbd
This helps keep space open for event attendees.

Booth Sizes:
Small: 6' x 6' $45
Medium: 8' x 8' $50
Large: 8' x 10' $65
Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.
If you need electrical, there is a $5 electrical option available.
Please stay within your assigned space and be respectful of neighboring vendors.
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Vendors are expected to remain set up until after 3:00 PM. The event is well attended right up to closing time.
Complimentary coffee will be available
Each vendor is asked to donate one item for raffle drawings held during the event.
Please include information about your business and items so we can highlight your booth during winner announcements.
Raffle tickets and Annual Light Up the Night Soup Tickets will be sold at the entrance. The soup event will take place Saturday, December 5th in downtown Bellaire. Tickets sell out quickly!
The Bellaire Chamber is not responsible for theft, damage, or accidents. Vendors are responsible for their own exhibits and for collecting/remitting sales tax.
A booth refund minus a $5 service fee is available up until 1 week prior to the event date.
