Here at Driftwood Pastures Co., winter is a quieter season on our farm, and availability follows the natural rhythm of pasture-based farming. Whole chickens are currently sold out and won’t return until the spring growing season. We do, however, still have a selection of cuts available — especially wings and drumsticks — that are well suited for game-day menus and freezer restocking.
