There really needs to be a five star "plus" category for Matt Crane. He navigated the sale of a Grand Traverse Bay lot that had been in the family for years. His expertise allowed for tackling every hurdle with Egle, perc tests, zoning boards/variances, as well as wetland issues. He has great knowledge regarding lake property, which gives him an edge for success in this area. His professionalism and patience was so appreciated-every step of the way.
