I was up north on vacation and had a couple issues with my truck and needed it fixed quickly to return home in a couple days. Kaiser Auto responded and fit me into their schedule first thing and replaced my stater and got me back on the road within hours of getting my vehicle into their shop running like new. As luck would have it while driving around town the next morning I ran over a piece of metal and my tire went flat. I called Keizer again and they immediately came to my location nearby with a tank of air. They filled my tire as best it could hold air and I drove the short distance to their shop where they fixed the problem and sent me my way. I drove home that evening filled with gratitude for the excellent service and willingness to go the extra mile for a stranger they had never met before. I only wish Kaiser Auto was located near my home as they would do all the mechanical work on all my vehicles. Thanks Kaiser Auto.
