Julia is clearly a veteran at what she does. My husband and I are first time prospective home buyers and she was a wealth of knowledge and wisdom in this current crazy market. When we made an offer on a house and ended up backing out due to concerns from the inspection, she supported us 100% and was truly cared more about us finding the right home over making a sale. My husband and I are also working with limited funds on a modest income and we were treated with the same dignity and respect as if we were high-end clients. We will definitely be reaching out to her again once our lease is up and we are ready to continue house hunting.
