Shelly Battershell has always been a family-oriented person with a deep commitment to her community. She and her husband are proud parents of four boys, and since moving to Northern Michigan in 2020, the area has truly become home to their family.
Over the years, she has personally bought and sold several homes, giving her a firsthand understanding of what the real estate process feels like from a client’s perspective. She recognizes that buying or selling a home can be stressful—but also incredibly exciting—and believes the right agent makes all the difference.
Her goal is to make every transaction as smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible. She achieves this by paying close attention to every detail, genuinely listening to her clients’ needs and goals, and using her background in customer service and management to guide them confidently through every step of the process.
