SOUP COOKOFF Dec 7th.. Who's participating????
RE: “LIGHT UP THE NIGHT” - SOUP COOK-OFF- SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7th.
THE CHALLENGE IS ON!
· 4:30-7:00 pm tbd- Saturday, December 7, 2024- We are sending this initial letter to see who is interested in participating in the Annual Soup Cookoff this year?
· We are going to determine the time and the pricing once we confirm how many soups we will have in the contest. (We are hoping to have more than 10)
· Soups must be prepared in a Certified Kitchen.
· New idea for this year! if someone wants to participate and cook soup, they can decide to be hosted at one of the businesses downtown and split the cost of making the soup with the host. (Example - M88 Morning grind will be hosted by Fireside Lounge)
· Cost to host a participant is $250 (which will help in the ingredients to prepare the soup)
- Both participant and host will be promoted on all marketing materials.
- The chamber will be glad to help find any participant a host if needed.
I just need a confirmation no later than October 11th in order to get the soup tickets ordered on time.
I hope we can count on all of you again to make this one of our best events to end 2024!
