Yoga Bellaire – Fall Update

Fall is here and the landscape around us seems to be ablaze with color.  We start to settle into a rhythm and begin to shift our focus a bit more inward on ourselves and finding comfort in our day to day lives.  We are embracing what we can in our current situation and have some shifts in schedule and upcoming events, too.
No Live Virtual Classes – Sept 28th – Oct. 4th.Just a quick note, there will be no Live Virtual Classes this coming week.  We will have plenty of in-person classes and pre-recorded Yoga On-Demand classes to meet your needs for the coming week.
