Paddle Antrim is currently looking to hire a part-time Communication & Outreach Specialist.
The Communications & Outreach Specialist assists Paddle Antrim with its mission and impact by providing administrative and program support. This position provides will lead the communications/marketing and volunteer program, as well as assist with other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Paddle Antrim’s mission and have prior experience working independently in a similar type role. Experience with a non-profit, strong communications/design skills and experience managing volunteers and planning events are preferred.
Position: Part-time, at-will, FLSA non-exempt
Hourly Rate: $15-18/hour, depending upon relevant experience
Hours: 20 hours/week, Monday –Friday generally between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Some weeknight and weekend work required for events
Reports to: Executive Director (or designee)
Works with: Executive Director, volunteers, community members, board of directors, event and program participants, local media, and the general public
